The AIMCAANA Iqbal Loan Program is an interest-free, need-based initiative designed to support deserving AIMC graduates pursuing USMLE and residency in the United States.
This program reflects our alumni’s commitment to “pay it forward,” helping the next generation of Iqbalians achieve their goals and join us with a vibrant spirit of community.

Key Features:
This loan is only for fully match-ready applicants with complete applications and valid US visa status, not for observerships, travel, or preparatory costs
Interest-free loan (typically around $2,000)
Highly competitive, based on merit (how strong the candidate’s residency application is) and financial needs
Requires 2 US-based references
Funds must be returned within 1 year of starting residency
